Job Description: The Project Manager - Multifamily will: Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from pre-construction to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee onsite construction activities and address any issues that arise promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management. Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Multifamily should have: Experience with managing multifamily construction projects from start to finish. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills for team coordination and client interaction. Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
