Receptionist - Client Experience Specialist

What You'll Do: As the Receptionist and Client Experience Specialist, you are the voice and presence of Genesis.

Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming all guests and clients with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail Operating a multi-line phone system with discretion and efficiency Managing and reconciling daily payments and receipts Supporting dealership leadership and department heads with administrative tasks Maintaining the appearance and functionality of the showroom and client lounge Preparing refreshments and ensuring amenities are always guest-ready Supporting documentation, filing, and dealership reporting processes Keeping the environment calm, organized, and client-focused What We're Looking ForThis is a role for someone who brings grace under pressure and a polished presence to everything they do.
