Job Description
Responsibilities:
Accurately input data into internal databases and systems.
Verify the accuracy of data before entering it.
Maintain and update records, ensuring all data is correct and current.
Generate reports and compile data as requested by the management team.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with other departments to support data-related needs and projects.
Follow confidentiality policies and safeguard sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelFast and accurate typing skills with a minimum of 30 words per minute
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit for extended periods and maintain focus on repetitive tasks
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
