About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Relationship Manager, Equipment Finance, Environmental Waste to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will focus on managing and growing client relationships within the environmental waste sector through equipment finance solutions. The position will also serve as a key market-facing representative, helping expand existing business, support new financing opportunities, and provide informed input on credit and portfolio risk.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $107,500 – $179,100 annually
Responsibilities: Manage existing business relationships in the environmental waste space Solicit existing customers to originate new financing opportunities Leverage superior service and industry knowledge to expand business relationships Assess customer experience and financial condition to provide tailored financing solutions Provide industry intelligence to senior management to address potential delinquencies Assist with sales training through various channels Represent the organization in the marketplace and collaborate on new business opportunities
