Job Description: Insight Global is hiring for Retiree Advocates to join a client leading in Care Navigation and advocacy, dedicated to improving outcomes and satisfaction for group plan sponsors and their members. You’ll work alongside colleagues who are experts in the group retiree healthcare market, Medicare health benefits for individuals, health navigation and advocacy services, and who truly care about making a difference in the industry and in members’ lives. You will provide High Level Customer Service to all Participating Members answering phone calls to assist members with any issues/concern*We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.*Pay range for this role is $46,800 USD.Vacancy: This posting is for a net new role, and the successful candidate will be hired into a new open position.
