About the role

Cultivate is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care across a diverse caseload within our Florida practices. You will provide case oversight, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise BTs/RBTs to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients with autism. You will collaborate with families, work closely with the Clinical Manager, and mentor staff through our Cultivate Apprenticeship Program. No weekend or evening hours are required.
