About the role

$60k – $75k Base | Property Coordinator | Class A Office | NYCEntry-level opportunity to build a career within commercial real estate Join a notable Class A office owner and developer Tenant-facing position within a high-quality commercial property Work closely with Property Management, Engineering, and building operations teams We see this suiting someone at the beginning of their career who is genuinely interested in commercial real estate and wants to build a long-term path within property management. Previous real estate experience would be helpful, but it isn’t essential. What matters more is attitude. We’re looking for someone who is personable, organized, humble, willing to learn, and happy to help wherever needed. Someone with no ego, who follows through, communicates well, takes pride in doing the small things properly, and is comfortable being part of a busy onsite team. The company is an established institutional real estate owner/operator with a strong New York presence and an in-house property management platform. You’ll sit within the onsite management team at a Class A office building and work closely with property management, engineering, security, cleaning, and other building partners. The role combines tenant relations and property administration. You’ll act as a point of contact for tenants, respond to requests, coordinate with building teams, and support work orders, service requests, invoicing, rent statements, move-ins and move-outs, Certificates of Insurance, property invoices, contractor activity, and building and tenant events. It’s a good opportunity for someone who wants to learn the business properly from the ground up, gain exposure to all sides of property management, and develop within a strong commercial real estate platform. We appreciate it’s hard to get the full picture from a job advert, so please reach out if you’d like more information. If there’s alignment and you’re ready to be considered, hit apply, and we’ll review and come back to you with potential next steps.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
