Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Raw Material Weighing and Dispensing Operator to support and ensure accurate inventory management, material movement, and batch preparation in a GMP-regulated environment. Position Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Language: English is the primary language required for this position.
Key Responsibilities: Receive and verify raw materials after Quality sampling and approval. Transfer and store raw materials in designated locations. Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts. Pick and return materials for scheduled production batches. Return unused materials to inventory. Prepare and ship UPS and Fed Ex packages. Follow all GMP requirements, SOPs, and safety procedures. Operate a forklift and perform additional warehouse/dispensing duties as needed.
Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or GMP environment. Certified forklift operator. Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems. Strong math, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and accurately transfer information from product labels to documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work additional hours when needed to support production requirements.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, and work for extended periods. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, including operating a forklift outside air-conditioned areas.
