Job Description: The short version Hundreds of people a week ask us for custom neon signs. They're restaurants, brands, events, creators and people who want something special for their home. We need someone to turn those conversations into sales. You won't cold call or buy lead lists. The leads are already here. Your job is to answer fast, understand what the customer is picturing, show them a mockup they'll love, and close. If you're competitive, resourceful and like getting paid for results, the opportunity to capitalize is big. About Radikal Neon We design and build custom LED neon, glass neon and commercial signage, and we handle repairs and installation, from our studio in West Hollywood. Our signs hang in businesses, events and homes across LA and beyond. We're a small, growing team, so your work will be visible right away and you'll have a direct say in how we sell.

What you'll do: Sell (most of your day)Work our stream of inbound leads by phone, email and in person. Speed matters, and the fastest reply often wins. Find out what the customer actually needs, recommend the right product (LED neon, glass neon, commercial signage, repairs) and quote it accurately the SAME DAY.Follow up until the deal closes or is clearly dead. Most sales come from the second or third follow-up. Build relationships with repeat commercial clients: bars, restaurants, retail, agencies and event producers. Design Turn rough ideas, napkin sketches and logos into mockups and proofs that make customers say yes. You'll use Adobe Illustrator or similar tools, and we'll help you level up. Deliver Keep each deal moving after the close. Coordinate with manufacturers and our install team, flag problems early and keep the customer updated so they come back and refer friends. You'll do well here if you: Have closed deals before, in any industry, and know what it's like to own a number. Figure things out yourself before asking how. Learn fast. You'll understand neon and LED products, pricing and production well enough to quote confidently within a few weeks. Can run 30+ open conversations without dropping one. Write clear, friendly, fast messages and are comfortable on the phone. Get a kick out of seeing something you sold hanging on a wall on Sunset Blvd. Office also has off-street parking. Huge bonus in this area to know your car is safe from ticketing all day.

Bonus points: experience in signage, printing, branding or events; Illustrator skills; experience building quotes or proposals.

Compensation: $45,000 base salary Commission of 3% of pre-tax sale value on every deal you close. This is on every sale from the first sale. Commission is uncapped. With our lead volume, a strong performer can expect $4,000–$10,000+ in total first-year commission earnings.
