Job Qualifications:
- Valid HHA or PCA Certificate
- Valid Photo IDSocial Security CardFull Physical exam form, PPD, Rubella & Rubeola titers (within 6 months)
- Drug Screen 8-10 panel (within 6 months)
- Two References letters (within 6 months)
- Shifts Available:
- Day ShiftNight shifts
- Weekend shifts
