Johnson & Johnson Innovation is seeking a Principal Agentic Workflow & AI Engineer to architect agentic AI workflows for biologics discovery. You will design orchestration, build real-time data pipelines, and mentor engineers across AI/ML initiatives, ensuring high-quality, scalable automation. Located at Spring House, PA (preferred) with no remote option, you will partner with discovery scientists and enterprise GenAI teams to accelerate cycle times and improve reproducibility in a large pharma
