About the role

solidcore is seeking a Head Coach to lead the studio team, coach an average of ten classes per week, and deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience. You will set expectations for other coaches, drive client retention, and assist with daily operations under the Area Manager. You will also lead outreach and develop the coaching staff through trainings. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment with strong relationship-building and communication
