Role Description: The Amazon Brand Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and growing Crown Display’s presence on Amazon. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing product listings, optimizing titles, descriptions, and images, and ensuring brand consistency across the marketplace. The role manages pricing, promotions, and advertising campaigns, monitors inventory levels, and coordinates with internal teams to prevent stockouts and listing issues. The Amazon Brand Manager analyzes sales data, reviews performance metrics, and implements strategies to improve rankings, conversion rates, and profitability. This role also handles competitor analysis, manages customer reviews and feedback, and prepares regular performance reports to guide brand and product decisions.
Qualifications: Experience with Amazon Seller Central or similar e-commerce marketplaces, including listing management and performance optimization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, advertising, and conversion data and act on insights. Knowledge of digital marketing practices such as SEO for product listings, PPC campaign management, and promotional strategy. Solid written communication skills for crafting clear, persuasive product content and brand messaging. Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple products, campaigns, and deadlines in a remote environment. Comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting tools; proficiency in Excel or similar tools is beneficial. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, customer service, and design. Previous experience in e-commerce, consumer goods, or retail is preferred; familiarity with party supplies is a plus
