Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) FQHC Setting Psychotherapy Focused $160K to $175KThis is a rare PMHNP role for anyone who got into psychiatry to do real therapy, not 15-minute medication checks. It’s also a strong position if you still have school loans you’d like help paying off. The role is mostly in-office psychotherapy, built on communication, talk therapy, and real relationships with patients. You’ll work at a community health center that provides behavioral health care to a diverse, underserved community where access to quality mental health care is limited, so your work fills a real gap.
