Forklift Operator Our client is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the yard operations team supporting daily material handling, order fulfillment, and safe loading/unloading activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong safety awareness, reliable teamwork, and a hands-on work ethic that helps keep the yard organized and productive. Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Fishkill, NY

Pay Range: $20.00/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-5:30pm and OT on Saturday 7am-12pm What's the Job? Work a full-time yard schedule Monday through Friday, 6:30am 5:30pm, plus a half day on Saturday (7:00am to 12:00pm); hours are subject to change. Observe all OSHA and safety standards while operating equipment and working in the yard. Help customers load and unload product either by hand or with a forklift, providing good customer service throughout the process. Wrap cubes of cement block with stretch wrap, clean and straighten back yard areas throughout the day, and keep work zones organized. Put orders together and load them on trucks for outbound deliveries; unload inbound trucks as needed. What's Needed? At least 4 years of forklift experience (training and further certification will be provided). Ability to lift 50 to 60 pounds and perform physical yard work in all elements. Comfortable doing simple math to support order accuracy and basic yard tasks. Ability to work effectively in a supervised team environment and follow direction to meet daily production needs. Mandatory overtime, including half days on Saturday during spring, summer, and fall months. What's in it for me? Opportunity to build consistency and momentum in a supervised team environment.
