About the role
To support a growing organization, the full-time VP of People will lead the People function across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations, driving strategy and organizational design in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Set and execute a multi-year People strategy aligned with company goals and growth plans
Lead organizational design and workforce planning in collaboration with Finance and business leaders
Oversee the development of the People leadership team and ensure a consistent employee experience across various functions
Required qualifications:
10+ years of progressive People/HR leadership experience, including 5+ years at the executive level
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a related field is a plus
Proven experience in building and scaling People functions in high-growth startup environments
Deep experience with organizational design, workforce planning, and people operations
Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to connect decisions to company strategy
