Role Overview: This position requires leading healthcare transformation initiatives within a dynamic advisory practice.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, sell, and deliver technology-enabled healthcare strategies and transformation services. Lead high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics disciplines. Demonstrate expertise in payer, provider, or PBM operations and serve as a subject matter expert. Support new business development through relationship building and proposal efforts. Ensure quality delivery and performance management via project oversight and issue resolution. Contribute to thought leadership and enhance service offerings. Qualifications & SkillsAt least eight years of consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry. Deep understanding of healthcare reform, value-based care, medical management, and operational efficiency. Master’s degree from an accredited institution. Proven success in managing large transformation projects, budgets, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory complexities. Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively and authorized to work without sponsorship.
