Genentech’s Antibody Engineering group seeks a visionary Principal Scientist to lead a bench-based laboratory team in South San Francisco. You will pioneer protein technologies that connect developability with biological function to advance our biologics pipeline. You will define molecular requirements, drive platform innovation, and collaborate across Discovery Biology, Structural Biology, Translational Science, and Technical Development to deliver next-generation therapeutics for patients.
