YAI - Seeing beyond disability is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Nanuet locations in Rockland County. DSPs work with individuals with I/DD across home, family homes, residences, day habilitation centers, and community settings to promote independence and inclusion. The role requires compassionate care, ADL support, documentation, training, crisis intervention, and adherence to OPWDD Core Competencies.
