Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a VP of Total Rewards and HRIS, a strategic HR executive responsible for compensation, benefits, leave, and HR technology. You will lead total rewards programs to attract and retain talent and ensure regulatory compliance. This role partners with senior leadership to shape governance of HRIS platforms, data integrity, and scalable solutions.
