About the role

Pool Cleaning Technician Town & Country Pools is looking for Pool Cleaning Technicians to join our fantastic team. No experience? No problem! We provide full training. If you do have experience, that's a plusbut not required! As a Pool Cleaning Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping pools clean, safe, and well-maintained. No experience is requiredwe will train you! If you enjoy working outdoors, being active, and take pride in a job well done, this could be a great fit. Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Performs weekly service on contracts. Performs seasonal opening and closing of pools. Completes quality control punch list. Assists in different phases of construction service and renovation. Installs winter covers. Performs other duties as needed or requested.

Competitive Pay: Starting at $18/hour during a 2-4 week provisional period. Increases to $20/hour after completion of the provisional period. Overtime opportunities available.
Full Benefits: Package (Full-Time Only): Company-paid Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance ($15,000), AD&D, STD, and Section 125. Starts the 1st of the month after your hire date. Paid Time Off: One week of PTO after six months (Full-Time Only).

Work Environment: Monday Friday, some Saturdays required during peak season. Hands-on work with power tools, gas-powered machines, and hand tools. Outdoor work in different weather conditions.
