About the Opportunity:
A growing manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to serve as a key link between Product Development, Engineering, Industrial Design, and Manufacturing. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role focused on transforming product concepts into efficient, repeatable manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate enjoys working cross-functionally, solving technical challenges, and partnering with both design and production teams to bring new products to market.
What You'll Be Doing:
Act as the bridge between Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products Support product launches from concept through production Participate in prototype development, testing, and manufacturing trials Troubleshoot production and process-related issues Translate product designs into manufacturable, scalable solutions Partner with domestic and international manufacturing teams to support production needs Drive continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and manufacturability
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
Manufacturing Engineering experience Understanding of product development and manufacturing processes Strong technical problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and disciplines Excellent communication and collaboration skills Comfortable in both office and manufacturing environments
Preferred Qualifications:
