Project Executive - Data Centers

Renewyx have partnered with a national general contractor delivering mission critical projects to bring on a Data Center Project Executive. The role carries portfolio-level responsibility across concurrent data center builds, with project managers and superintendents reporting in.𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲You take ownership of delivery across several data center projects at once, holding budget, schedule and staffing decisions. You lead the project teams, and you are the senior point of contact for the client throughout the build.𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴Ground-up commercial or industrial construction delivered on the general contractor or EPC sideA track record at senior project manager level or above, with accountability for budget and schedule Mission critical or heavy MEP experience, whether data centers, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, healthcare or industrial𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 (𝗯𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱)Hyperscale or colocation project experience Design-build or progressive design-build delivery Preconstruction involvement and GMP exposure𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿Permanent position Remote based, with travel to project sites Portfolio-level scope rather than responsibility for a single project You don't need to tick every box.
