Our client, a growing leader in aerospace/oil and gas/power generation/manufacturing NDT and inspection services, is seeking an experienced NDT Level II Inspector to join their team. This individual will perform and interpret inspections in accordance with written procedures, supporting quality and compliance across projects and client sites. This role is remote based but requires regular travel to client and company facilities to perform inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform NDT inspections in accordance with written procedures and applicable codes and standards (ASME, ASNT SNT TC 1A, NAS 410, AWS, API, etc.)Set up, calibrate, and operate NDT equipment for assigned methods
- Interpret and evaluate test results, and determine acceptance or rejection based on applicable codes and standards
- Complete accurate and detailed inspection reports and documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and company quality requirements
- Support Level I technicians as needed
Qualifications:
- Current NDT Level II certification in one or more methods (UT, RT, MT, PT, ET, VT)
- Strong working knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards
- Experience with aerospace/oil and gas/power generation/manufacturing inspection environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy
- Willingness to travel as required
