NP/PA Openings – Greater Phoenix Metro Area Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) system seeks BC Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs), Adult-Gerontology NPs, or Physician Assistants (PAs) for outpatient primary care Competitive base salary offered plus annual productivity incentives – to be discussed with employer directly Full-time schedule structured as either four 10-hour or five 8-hour shift templates with dedicated administrative time (4-5 hours weekly) built into template for charting, diagnostic reviews, and care management Average patient volume of 18 to 22 patients per day across the lifespan (or adult focus for AGNP) 30-minute appointment slots for new/complex patients; 15-to-20-minute slots for routine follow-ups and acute care Phone-only outpatient call rotation with zero hospital rounding or inpatient duties with after‑hours patient phone calls filtered through an integrated nurse triage system Scope includes management of acute/chronic conditions, preventive wellness, family planning, LARC procedures, and minor in‑office procedures Full benefits offered for full‑time employees including negotiable sign‑on, relocation, PTO, malpractice through the FTCA, CME time and allowance, and more!
