About the role
To support a fast-growing employee benefits technology company, the contract Compliance and Contracts Specialist will manage customer contract reviews, draft compliance policies, and support regulatory compliance efforts while working remotely in a high-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
Review and manage redlines on customer contracts, negotiating and finalizing agreement terms
Draft, review, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures
Support banking and regulatory compliance efforts during transitions between financial institution partners
Required qualifications
Experience reviewing and redlining contracts from a legal/compliance perspective
Background in policy writing, review, and administration
Banking or financial regulatory compliance experience is a strong plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume environment with shifting priorities
Self-starter with minimal ramp-up time required
