About the role

To drive impactful market access strategies, the fully remote Senior Director, Market Access Analytics will manage advanced analytics solutions, engage with pharmaceutical clients, and provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams while ensuring the delivery of actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead analytic initiatives for payer segmentation, contract evaluation, and rebate design, utilizing advanced AI/ML methods Engage clients to define analytics needs and deliver tailored solutions aligned with market access priorities Provide strategic direction and mentorship to analytics teams, ensuring project delivery within scope and timelines
Required Qualifications: Proven experience in pharmaceutical market access analytics with a strong understanding of U.S. payer and access structures Advanced proficiency in Excel, Snowflake, Dataiku, BI tools, and AI/ML frameworks for applied analytics Demonstrated ability to align analytical findings with strategic business objectives, including contracting success and revenue impact Skilled in translating complex analytics into structured business communications and executive-level recommendations Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative, business, or life sciences discipline; higher degrees or certifications preferred
