About the role
Rackspace Technology seeks a lead commercial counsel to draft and negotiate enterprise and strategic partner terms for GPU/AI infrastructure offerings. You will craft master service agreements and orders with enterprise customers and partners, in collaboration with Sales and Sourcing.
You will monitor AI infrastructure regulations, advise on data protection, and partner with the Chief Privacy Officer on privacy issues related to AI training and customer data in GPU compute environments.
