Axon is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a distributed team of Mission Engineers embedded with public safety agencies in the Southeast US, with travel up to 40%. You will coach senior contributors, set clear delivery and partnership standards, and turn field problems into secure, maintainable solutions that scale across the organization. You will stay close to the portfolio to spot patterns, manage risk, and connect field learnings back to Product, Engineering and leadership.
