About the role

Senior D365 Finance & Project Management Accounting (PMA) Functional ConsultantAs a Senior D365 Finance & Project Management Accounting (PMA) Functional Consultant, you will lead implementations of the D365 Finance & PMA modules, driving process optimization and digital transformation for enterprise clients. In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders, design and configure solutions, and leverage Microsoft technologies to deliver efficiency, compliance, and measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in all phases of solution implementation, from analyzing business requirements to configuring and testing Microsoft D365 PMA applications.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements aligned with business objectives, ensuring a deep understanding of current financial processes and identifying improvement opportunities.Provide expert knowledge of D365 PMA functionality and evaluate client processes against standard capabilities.Follow Argano's implementation methodology, leveraging templates and best practices to ensure quality deliverables.Utilize Microsoft technology stack (LCS, BPM, Azure DevOps, PowerApps, Office 365, etc.) for project execution and governance.Document current and future-state financial processes using tools such as Visio.Configure D365 PMA module to meet client requirements; develop functional design documents for customizations.Conduct acceptance testing and deliver end-user training for successful adoption.Plan and oversee CRPs, Program Increments (PIs), and UATs in collaboration with project managers, validating solutions against requirements.Provide structured post-go-live support, including SLA-based case management and troubleshooting.Contribute to Argano's knowledge base and methodology improvements through documentation and thought leadership.Minimum and/or Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).6+ years of experience in D365 Finance & PMA implementations.Understanding of the Project Management and Accounting module. Particularly around Forecasts, Budgeting, Project planning, Sales orders, Purchase orders, Project invoicing and revenue recognition.Understanding of project reporting, such as budgets vs actual, project profitability reporting, and Work-in-progress.Strong expertise in Finance and PMA modules functionality.Willingness to travel up to 50%.Skills RequirementAbility to lead multiple concurrent engagements and mentor junior consultants.Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Excellent documentation skills (Visio, FDDs).Proficiency in Azure DevOps and data migration using D365 Data Management Framework.Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work across multicultural teams and time zones.About UsArgano is the first of its kind: a digital consultancy totally immersed in high-performance operations.
