Retail Pharmacist Are you a highly motivated Retail Pharmacist looking for a new opportunity? We have the perfect position for you! We are seeking a Retail Pharmacist to join our growing team and provide exceptional patient care in our retail pharmacy setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to providing the highest level of service to our patients. Retail Pharmacist Responsibilities & Duties Dispense prescription medications accurately. Provide patient counseling on medication usage and potential side effects. Manage inventory to ensure the availability of necessary medications. Monitor patient medication therapies to prevent drug interactions. Administer immunizations and other minor healthcare treatments as needed. Maintain detailed records of all medications and patient interactions. Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations. Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff. Perform routine quality control checks on medications and equipment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans. Retail Pharmacist Qualifications & SkillsWe prefer prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting. Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations. Valid pharmacist license in the state of employment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team. Proficiency in using pharmacy software and electronic health records. Commitment to ongoing professional development and education. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform minor physical tasks. This position is eligible for performance based bonuses, moving assistance, and 401k benefits.
