About the role
- Must be 18 years or older
- This is a front-facing position requiring constant interaction with families, children, and staff, and providing friendly, welcoming, and engaging greetings and support.
- Must be able to stand and remain on your feet for the full shift
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds when needed
- Must be able to walk in and out of the heated pool room throughout the shift (temperature and humidity changes)
- Must have Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Must be able to manage customer scheduling and navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously
- Must be able to securely manage and remember multiple passwords
- Must be capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Must have excellent verbal communication and professional phone skills
- Must be able to perform light cleaning duties, including mopping, wiping down surfaces, organizing, and taking out trash
- Must be able to staff meetings and in-service trainings.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and reliable
- Greet customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Communicate effectively with families and children
- Build strong relationships—learn names, show you care
- Answer phones, give tours, and explain swim programs
- Enroll students and manage class schedules using our system
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean, friendly, and safe front desk and lobby
