Commercial HVAC HelperAs a Commercial HVAC Helper, you will be in the field with senior HVAC Technicians working on a variety of heating and cooling systems. As you assist them, they will mentor and train you on everything from: How to talk with customers to how to properly install and maintain equipment. Duties:

Installing heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers
Working with lead installer on HVAC home installations
Traveling to job sites in service area and working with the dispatch team to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers
Being available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service the needs of our customers
Participating in company-provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies
