Reformation is expanding its production leadership for Shoes, Handbags, Swim, Jewelry, and more. You will build and scale a high-performing operation from bulk material commitments to DC receipt, balancing cost, quality, and on-time delivery. The role requires 8–10 years in sourcing and production, deep knowledge of fashion supply chains, and a track record of managing international vendor networks. It’s a hybrid NYC-based position with global collaboration and strong sustainability focus.
