Sales ManagerAre you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the automotive industry? We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at our Tilton NH Honda Dealership. As the Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dealership's administrative and sales processes while providing a superior Customer Experience.
Responsibilities: Manage the front desk activities, including greeting customers, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Oversee the administrative tasks such as maintaining customer records, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring accuracy of paperwork. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate vehicle deliveries, handle trade-in vehicles, and process financing and leasing paperwork. Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and guide them through the car purchasing process. Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the sales desk, ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships. Monitor inventory levels, track vehicle sales, and assist in maintaining accurate records of vehicle transactions. Continue to increase business and gross by actively ensuring all processes are being done every time, every day. Work closely with other departments, including finance, service, and parts, to ensure seamless coordination, training, and customer service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and customer records. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and experience with dealership management systems. A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
