About the role
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination for roles across the G&A, GTM, and Engineering, Product, and Design, ensuring a smooth and timely process
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview lifecycle, delivering an exceptional and on-brand experience
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage interview logistics, panel selection, calendar coordination, and candidate communications
- Maintain and continuously improve scheduling workflows, documentation, and coordination processes to support team efficiency and accuracy
- Support onboarding logistics and broader talent operations projects as the operations team scales
- What You Have 13 years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, or a similar fast-paced operational role
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a candidate-first mindset and the ability to represent Harvey's brand to external audiences
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment and adapting quickly to shifting priorities in a high-growth setting
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and modern scheduling tools
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
