About the Role: A leading global law firm is seeking a talented Mid- to Senior-Level Associate (JD class years 2017–2023) to join its premier Real Estate practice group in New York City. This role offers the opportunity to advise top-tier clients on complex, high-value real estate transactional matters in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities: Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial real estate transactions, including: Mezzanine financing and preferred equity transactions Acquisitions and dispositions Joint venture agreements Refinancing deals Conduct and oversee thorough due diligence for sophisticated commercial property transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless legal and strategic counsel to clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Class Years: 2017 – 2023 graduate. Licensure: Active bar admission in New York.
Experience: Proven experience handling mezzanine finance, acquisitions, joint ventures, and refinancing deals within a sophisticated real estate practice.
Skills: Exceptional business acumen, analytical capability, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
