About the role

We are expanding our remote team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy communicating with people and providing helpful, professional service. In this role, you'll connect with individuals who are looking for information and assistance, guide them through available options, answer questions, and provide continued support when needed. All interactions are handled remotely through phone and virtual communication. Previous experience is not necessary. Training is provided to help you learn the process, understand the services available, and confidently assist customers.
