Client Details Michael Page is hiring for a role in the property industry, based in New York. Description Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to define project requirements and deliverables. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timelines are met. Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations on-site. Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
