About the role
- Work with Method Development personnel during the development of a project to ensure method suitably
- Work with MCB staff from Lincoln and Pheonix to provide consistency of training and expectations.
- Responsible for connecting validation protocols with production.
- Identify issues with assay performance and work with appropriate personnel to resolve and/or troubleshoot
- Perform, review and approve data analysis to support timelines.
- Mentor and train bioanalytical analysts in all aspects of production and validation support.
- Ensure all QC/QA findings are completed in a timely manner.
- Communicate and problem-solve with BPI and management for at-risk projects (not meeting timelines, resources, etc.).Ability to connect laboratory events to actionable outcomes, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive attitude while fostering strong team collaboration.
