The role also requires a breadth of prior public board experience, including work with early-stage growth companies through critical value inflection points. Applicants for the Board Director position at the company should be prepared for a significant time commitment, including a minimum of 4 scheduled Board meetings, 1 AGM, and additional Independent Director and Audit Committee meetings.
