We are seeking a passionate and proactive to support Rakuten Travel’s local market strategy, leading the execution of local campaigns, and driving initiative to build an influential and quality online travel brand in Hawaii.[Job Responsibilities]・Cash Management: Manage bank accounts, perform bank reconciliations, and verify incoming payments. Manage cash and various payment methods (checks, credit cards).・Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP):Perform sales reconciliation and debt collection. Process invoices, manage payables, register vendors, and execute payments.・Accounting, Tax & Financial Closing: Input data into accounting systems (QBO/Quick Books Online).Assist with monthly closing and consolidated financial reporting. Prepare documents for tax filings and coordinate with accounting firms.・Audit & Administrative Support: Support audit processes and government inquiries. Handle internal inquiries and ad-hoc financial issues.
Requirements: ・Hawaii Resident・Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Hawaii).・Business-level English and Native-level Japanese proficiency.・English Requirements: Please meet one of the following criteria:-Citizenship of an English-speaking country.-Holder of a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree from a university in an English-speaking country.-TOEIC score of 800 or higher.-TOEFL iBT score of 110 or higher.-IELTS score of 7.0 or higher.・Minimum of 3 years' working in hospitality or related.・Experience working in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment with a track record of strong results.・Proven track record of self-motivated performance and perseverance in travel or related industry.・Able to work with minimal guidance and drive partnership opportunities forward.・Strong attention to detail and have the ability to see the end game of each business opportunity.[Working Conditions]
