Unified Industries Incorporated (UII) has an immediate opening for an experienced, team-oriented leader to serve as Senior Calibration Program Coordinator supporting the US Navy TRIDENT/SSGN/COLUMBIA Submarine Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) Life Cycle Support (LCS) and Calibration Program. Reporting to the Vice President, Metrology and Systems Support (MSS) Division, the Senior Coordinator handles day-to-day coordination and liaison with the government customer on program tasks.
Responsibilities: • Coordinate with other Calibration Program Coordinators to produce documents, correspondence, and e-mail traffic supporting the Division VP and the TMDE LCS Program• Provide daily coordination and liaison with the government customer, various Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) branches, and teams within the MSS Division to accomplish program tasks• Review, edit, and prepare SSP correspondence, documents, and products for submission to the customer• Develop administrative, TMDE LCS, and Calibration Program status information for customer and MSS management review• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent• 6+ years of experience in Navy-oriented operations and program management• Knowledge and experience in calibration and test equipment• Proven record of documenting program requirements, tracking and reporting action items to successful resolution, and excellent communication skills• Proficiency in MS Office to draft and finalize correspondence, management reports, and customer briefings/spreadsheets• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance Desired:• At least one tour of duty on an SSBN or SSN (TRIDENT preferred)• Knowledge of SSP administrative and operating procedures
