About the role

Adore Me, a subsidiary of Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSXY) since being acquired in December 2022, is seeking a Manager, Operations & Integration. This role is responsible for driving organizational alignment, execution discipline, and cross-functional coordination across the company. This role acts as the operational backbone of the business - ensuring that priorities are clear, timelines are met, and communication flows efficiently across teams.
Responsibilities: Operational Planning & Execution Own and manage the Product Development Process (PDP) calendar, ensuring all milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are clearly defined and met. Keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable, proactively identifying risks, gaps, or delays and driving solutions. Act as the central point of coordination to “keep the train on the tracks” across product, merchandising, marketing, and operations. Standardize business processes across brands and functions. Cross-Functional Integration Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments by maintaining and optimizing distribution lists and communication channels. Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement structured processes to improve execution and clarity. Support leadership in aligning priorities across teams and ensuring consistent follow-through. Meeting Ownership & Governance Own the company’s meeting cadence, including scheduling, structuring, and optimizing recurring and ad hoc meetings. Ensure the right stakeholders are present in the right meetings, with clear objectives and agendas. Facilitate meetings when needed to keep discussions focused and productive. Documentation & Communication Prepare high-quality presentations and decks for internal and leadership meetings. Capture detailed meeting notes, action items, and key decisions; distribute summaries to relevant stakeholders. Track follow-ups and ensure accountability on next steps. Organizational Excellence Maintain a high level of organization across projects, timelines, and communications. Act as a cultural driver for operational excellence, clarity, and accountability. Support leadership with special projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications: 6-8 years of experience in operations, consulting, transformation, or program management. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related Experience in retail, consumer products, or omnichannel operations. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving accountability across multiple stakeholders. Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings, managing recurring operational cadences, and ensuring effective follow-through on action items. Proven ability to identify process improvements, optimize workflows, and implement scalable operational processes. Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive-level presentations, meeting materials, and clear documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience creating reports, dashboards, or tracking project metrics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Word) and/or Google Workspace. Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, Airtable, or similar platforms. Ability and willingness to work on-site at our office in Tribeca 3 days a week.
