About the role

Blue Shield of California is seeking a Senior Medical Informatics Analyst to join the Health Plan Operations Analytics and Reporting team. You will collaborate with leaders across Appeals & Grievances and other areas to create data-driven insights, dashboards, and analytics solutions that drive informed decisions and improve member, provider, and broker experiences. This hybrid role requires in-office presence two days per week, with in-person time determined by business needs and location.
