About the role
Auberge Collection is seeking an organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to assigned senior executives. This role handles confidential information with discretion, manages calendars, prepares meetings, coordinates travel, and tracks expenses.
The ideal candidate has at least two years in an Administrative Assistant or Project Manager role, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and experience with Google Workspace, Docusign, and project management tools.
