About the role

A leading commercial General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee field operations from project mobilization through closeout. This role is responsible for managing daily site activities, subcontractors, safety, quality, scheduling, and project coordination while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to their high standards.
Responsibilities: Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion. Manage subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, manpower, and daily field operations. Maintain project schedules and coordinate work sequencing to achieve project milestones. Promote a strong safety culture by conducting regular safety audits and weekly safety meetings. Ensure all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate inspections, owner meetings, subcontractor meetings, and project documentation. Monitor stormwater compliance and environmental requirements. Complete daily reports, labor projections, closeout activities, and commissioning coordination. Build strong relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Qualifications: 4-8 years of commercial construction Superintendent experience. Proven success managing multi-million dollar projects. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project (preferred).Knowledge of inspections, commissioning, and stormwater compliance. OSHA 30 Certification required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to lead by example in the field. Come from a Carpentry, trade or similar background.
Base Salary: Up to $130,000 plus bonus.
