B2B Commercial Cleaning Services Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Maryland & Delaware is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Executive to join our growing team (office located in Elkridge, MD).This is a net-new business sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and winning business. You will be responsible for developing commercial cleaning opportunities throughout Maryland and Delaware—from the first conversation through the close.
What You'll Do: Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, Linked In, and in-person drop-ins Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Meet with business owners, facility managers, and property managers Conduct facility walkthroughs and uncover customer needs Develop, present, and close proposals Maintain accurate activity and pipeline information in Salesforce Follow up consistently and move opportunities through the sales process Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
What We're Looking For: Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of successA hunter mentality and willingness to prospect consistently Comfortable making cold calls and face-to-face visits Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills Self-motivated, organized, persistent, and accountable Comfortable working independently while being part of a team Experience with commercial services, facility services, property management, staffing, construction, or other B2B services is a plus Commercial cleaning experience is not required. We're looking for someone who knows how to sell, create opportunities, and build relationships.
