About the role

This is a temp-to-hire position.

Schedule: 4-night 3 off 3 Day Shift 1 off 3 night Shifts 3 off 4 Day Shifts 7 days off Repeats Purpose: Perform routine quality testing, collect samples, maintain equipment, and support production operations while developing a foundational understanding of company products, processes, and quality systems. Serve as a technical specialist responsible for maintaining testing accuracy, supporting production, and becoming a subject matter expert. Duties/

Responsibilities: Collect, receive, and process production, operations, packaging, and customer samples. Perform moisture, color, PSD, wet retain, density and coating. Record and communicate results accurately. Follow testing schedules and procedures. Perform daily instrument verifications. Maintain cleanliness and inventory. Report equipment concerns.
