About the role

The Cigna Group seeks a Counsel, Commercial Transactions to provide enterprise-wide legal support for U.S. and global contracting, with emphasis on vendor, technology, and data agreements. The role partners with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Information Protection, and business stakeholders across the enterprise. You will draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial contracts, advise on risk, develop templates and playbooks, and train procurement teams.
